It is near the residential areas to the east of Nador that will be built the Fishermen's Village, on the current village of Kariat Arekmane - Larbaa Orekman in amazighe.
The new port will be at the same time a fishing port and a marina welcoming pleasure boats.
The infrastructure of accommodation will have 6,000 beds.
The works should begin in 2014 to end four years later in 2018.
