The peninsula of Atalayoun would draw its name from the amazighe word "Talaouine", the Berber language, meaning "sources of water". The top of the peninsula offers a fantastic view over all the lagoon of Marchica.
The magnificent marina will allow the sailors avid to make a stopping place on this magnificent site, to stay at the Hotel 4* "Atlas Marchica" or in the Hotel du Port 5*, in construction progress, or to benefit from services of the Academy of Golf.
The City of Atalayoun will include eventually 650 villas and 2,230 apartments around the Academy of Golf, and a total of three hotel units of various categories proposing 370 rooms for a total of 740 beds.
