Fitted out in the natural reserve of the lagoon, this site is intended to house on 14 hectares a tourism turned towards mobile homes and the hiring of villas-small farmhouses.
The tourist infrastructure will be consequent compared to 12,000 planned equivalents-beds.
Seventh and final phase of the project Marchica, the realization of this site is planned from 2019 till 2025.
